Last Wednesday, January 25, IGNITE Serious Play traveled to Caldes de Montbui to hold a LEGO SERIOUS PLAY workshop for Escola Pia colleagues. About 60 participants attended the LSP Workshop to analyze their schools' Evaluation system. At the end of the activity they left very satisfied because thanks to the construction of metaphors they were able to analyze the current evaluation system in a more dynamic and visual way and propose finding improvements.
