Last April 2016 IGNITE designed and implemented a workshop with methodology LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® for Everis – Fira de Barcelona, to reinforce the program of implementation of the LEAN methodology in the development of a salon, with an attendance of 28 people.
In this workshop, the various phases were contrasted, explaining the different latencies to improve (mutations), as well as the main agents of influence in each of the phases. Very good reflections in group and in agora.
